I can’t say enough about Chris and his work ethic. He really helped me to put things into perspective when buying a home. I had really no idea when it came to housing prices. Chris took the time to show me multiple homes in my price range until we found the home we live in today. Chris, being a mortgage broker, also helped to eliminate much of the stress tied to buying a home. If we decide to move, we will work with him again for sure.

Katheryne was nice from start to end.  Told her at start I’m interviewing other realtors and I will pick one when I decide.   I picked her.  3 months looking at places about 2-3 a week and she responded quickly to all of my questions.  After getting the place, she is still helping my understand the meaning of owning a home for the first time.  When I had a problem, she was always there to help and give advice.

Mandy took the time to answer all our questions and considered our input and our wishes every step of the way; from pricing our home to sell and ensuring the home we put an offer on was done how we needed it.  She responded quickly to our questions we had throughout the process and took the time to check into things she didn’t immediately know the answer to.  She even made an effort and brought offers to us when we were outside the city at one point.  In the end, she made a stressful process less stressful with her experience, advice and availability when called upon.  I’d recommend her to anyone;  she truly puts her clients before her own pockets!

Katheryne is a great person and very professional!  She was our realtor in Brandon when we bought our first house in Canada and she was also our realtor when we sold our house in Brandon when we moved to Alberta this spring.  The transaction was seamless and everything was taken care of.  She treated us as her Family.  Dealing with Katheryne is one of the best decisions we made when we decide to buy our house.
